A filling material is arranged in the geotechnical bag, and the bottom of the geotechnical bag is located on the surface of the strongly weathered rock; the horizontal load resistance and the self-stability of the cast-in-place socketed pile steel casing in the construction period can be improved, meanwhile, materials can be recycled, and reliability and economical efficiency are achieved.
