The invention discloses a stiff cement soil pile wall and row pile coupling construction method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, soil layers and pile positions on site are surveyed, and information is collected; s2, establishing a three-dimensional model in the BIM building information model; s3, the collected row pile building data are input into the three-dimensional model to form a row pile building model; s4, simulating and optimizing a row pile construction process, and finally providing animation simulation disclosure of the construction method; and S5, the stiff cement soil pile wall and the row piles are constructed in a coupled mode for site construction. According to the stiff cement soil pile wall and row pile coupling construction method, through coupling of the stiff cement soil pile wall and the row piles, hole forming is free of diameter expansion, 13% of concrete can be saved, slurry is not used for protecting the wall, the pile forming quality is high, the pile forming speed is high, the hole collapse phenomenon is eradicated, and the influence of construction on the periphery is small; and the inter-pile soil loss in the enclosing structure of a row of cast-in-place piles and a row of water-soil piles is overcome.
