Stiff cement soil support pile and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a stiff cement soil support pile and a construction method thereof. The support pile comprises multiple support single piles arranged in a row. Any two adjacent support singlepiles are partially overlapped together. Stiff frameworks made of cotton stalks are arranged in the support single piles, and each stiff framework is of an I-shaped or dual-I-shaped framework structure. By means of the support pile, on the basis of guaranteeing low cost, bending resisting and shear resisting strength can be improved, and therefore the dual effects of water retaining and soil retaining can be achieved. In the method, the spaced driving construction method is adopted for construction, during single pile forming construction, the pile rotary excavating construction method is adopted, when hole digging is carried out on construction of the support single pile of an even number, an umbrella-shaped flexible steel wire brush is mounted on a hole digging drill bit rotationally entering soil, the outer diameter of the hole digging drill bit is smaller than the diameter of the flexible steel wire brush, the outer diameter of the flexible steel wire brush is the diameter of a to-be-formed pile, and the method can solve the problem of drilling and barrel entering of cement soil on the overlapped portion of two adjacent cement soil piles.
本发明涉及一种劲性水泥土支护桩及其施工方法,该支护桩包括设置成一排的若干根支护单桩,任意相邻的两根支护单桩部分重叠在一起,所述支护单桩内设有棉花秸秆制成的劲性骨架,所述劲性骨架为“工”字型或双“工”字型的骨架结构,该支护桩能够在保证低成本的基础上提高抗弯、抗剪强度,从而能够发挥挡水、挡土双重功效;该方法采用跳打施工方法施工,在单桩成桩施工时,采用旋挖桩施工方法,但在对第偶数根支护单桩施工进行挖孔时,在旋转入土的挖孔钻头上安装呈伞状的柔性钢丝刷,挖孔钻头的外径小于柔性钢丝刷的直径,所述柔性钢丝刷的外径即为待成桩的直径,该方法能够解决相邻两水泥土桩重叠处的水泥土钻孔入筒问题。
