The invention provides a high-low pit excavation method in a large-area deep foundation pit, which comprises a shallow foundation pit A, a deep foundation pit B and underground diaphragm walls, a group of underground diaphragm walls are oppositely arranged, and the shallow foundation pit A and the deep foundation pit B are both located between the group of underground diaphragm walls.
