Fabricated cofferdam structure and cofferdam construction method
The fabricated cofferdam structure and the cofferdam construction method have the advantages of being simple in construction operation and short in period, and particularly, a bottom die and a cofferdam can be conveniently and rapidly poured for use so as to meet the requirement of a rapid construction method. The fabricated cofferdam structure comprises a pile foundation, a bottom die, a side die and a hoisting mechanism. The bottom die comprises a sectional type supporting plate, a plurality of buoyancy tanks and a leaking stoppage annular plate, and the sectional type supporting plate is arranged on a middle plate between the pile foundations and a side plate detachably connected with the middle plate; the side plates are designed in a segmented mode and comprise a lower-segment bottom sealing side plate and an upper-segment bearing platform side plate, the bearing platform side plate is detachably connected with the bottom sealing side plate, and the bottom sealing side plate is detachably connected with the supporting plate. The hoisting mechanism is connected with the pile foundation and the bottom die. During construction, the bottom die is assembled firstly, then the bottom die is hoisted, the bottom sealing side plate is installed, then the bottom sealing concrete is poured, after the bottom sealing concrete meets the strength requirement, the bottom die can be disassembled, the bearing platform side plate is assembled, bearing platform construction is conducted, then the side die can be disassembled, and the bottom die and the side die can be transferred and used after being disassembled.
本发明公开一种装配式围堰结构及围堰施工方法,具有施工操作简单、周期短的优点,尤其是底模、围堰可便捷快速倒用,以便满足快速施工法要求。装配式围堰结构包括桩基、底模、侧模和吊装机构;底模包括分段式支撑板、若干浮箱和堵漏环板,分段式支撑板分别设于桩基之间的中板、与中板可拆卸连接的边板;侧板采用分节式设计,包括下节的封底侧板、上节的承台侧板,承台侧板与封底侧板可拆卸连接,封底侧板与支撑板可拆卸连接;吊装机构连接桩基与底模。施工时先拼装底模,再吊装底模并安装封底侧板,然后浇筑封底混凝土,封底混凝土达到强度要求后可拆除底模并拼装承台侧板,并进行承台施工,之后可拆除侧模,底模、侧模在拆除后都可进行转场倒用。
