A reserved hoisting hole structure applying ribbed L-shaped retaining wall top plate deep covering soil comprises a reserved hoisting hole and a first-stage construction top plate laid on the periphery of the reserved hoisting hole. The structure further comprises cast-in-place or prefabricated L-shaped retaining walls and rib plates. The L-shaped retaining wall is composed of a vertical wall body and a horizontal wall body which are connected in a right-angle mode, the rib plate is obliquely supported between the vertical wall body and the horizontal wall body to form a triangular supporting structure, and the two ends of the rib plate are fixedly connected with the vertical wall body and the horizontal wall body. A circle of vertically-upward protruding blocking edge is arranged on the edge of the reserved hoisting hole, L-shaped retaining walls are continuously arranged along the hole opening of the reserved hoisting hole in a circle, the horizontal wall body is laid on a first-stage construction top plate around the hole opening of the reserved hoisting hole, and the vertical wall body rides the hole opening of the reserved hoisting hole to be vertically and upwards arranged and abuts against the protruding blocking edge. According to the invention, the problems of stress of the retaining wall with the reserved hoisting hole for deep soil covering of the open cut engineering roof and waterproof sealing of the permanent roof structure at the hoisting hole are solved.
