The prefabricated concrete shear wall comprises an upper-layer wall plate and a lower-layer wall plate. Crisscrossed reinforcing steel bars are arranged in the upper-layer wallboard and the lower-layer wallboard, and the crisscrossed reinforcing steel bars are vertical reinforcing steel bars and transverse reinforcing steel bars respectively; upper-layer wallboard steel bar exposed sections exposed out of the body are arranged at the two ends of the steel bars on the upper-layer wallboard, and lower-layer wallboard steel bar exposed sections exposed out of the body are arranged at the two ends of the steel bars on the lower-layer wallboard; a half-wall-thickness upper-layer positioning structure and a half-wall-thickness lower-layer positioning structure are respectively arranged at the bottom end of the upper-layer wall plate and the top end of the lower-layer wall plate, and an upper-layer wall plate steel bar exposed section and a lower-layer wall plate steel bar exposed section are locked and connected by taper sleeves every other steel bar. Prefabrication and construction procedures are simplified, connection is convenient, construction is rapid, and the construction progress is greatly accelerated; and the vertical steel bar connection mechanical property of the fabricated shear wall is effectively guaranteed.
