The core body is provided with a plurality of first accommodating cavities; a marble shell is arranged in each first containing cavity in a sliding mode, each marble shell is provided with a second inserting groove, and the positions of the second inserting grooves of all the marble shells are different in the height direction. The swing arm is rotatably connected with the core body; the pressing rod is arranged in the core body in a sliding mode and provided with a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod, and the second supporting rod is provided with a plurality of pressing blocks. The follower is rotatably connected with the core body and is provided with a first follower arm and a second follower arm, the first follower arm is provided with a second convex block, and the second convex block is located below the first supporting rod; the transmission rod is in transmission connection with the second follow-up arm and provided with a plurality of third protruding blocks.
