The urban community drainage pipe network health state monitoring device comprises a monitoring well, a well lid is assembled on the monitoring well, the two ends of the monitoring well are communicated with a water inlet pipe and a drainage pipe respectively, and a flow sensor and a water quality sensor are arranged in the monitoring well. The flow sensor and the water quality sensor transmit monitored data to a water service platform through the wireless communication module. The method is used for solving the problem of difficult maintenance of the pipe network, facilitates maintenance work of the municipal drainage pipe network, and also provides convenience for supervision and law enforcement of environmental protection and urban management departments.
