Preparation method of high-durability building material
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and provides a preparation method of a high-durability building material, which comprises the following steps: arranging two pieces of C-shaped steel and oppositely arranging, injecting a sound insulation material into a mounting box and sealing, respectively welding two sides of the mounting box on the inner walls of the opposite sides of the two pieces of C-shaped steel, respectively penetrating a plurality of transverse reinforcing steel bars through the two pieces of C-shaped steel, and fixing the mounting box on the inner walls of the opposite sides of the two pieces of C-shaped steel; the parts, penetrating through the C-shaped steel, of the two ends of the transverse steel bars are equal, a plurality of first vertical steel bars penetrate through the fixing holes in the two C-shaped steel bars correspondingly, the bottom ends of the first vertical steel bars make contact with the inner walls of the bottoms of the C-shaped steel bars, a plurality of second vertical steel bars penetrate through the mounting holes in the mounting box and are fixed, and the whole inner frame is lifted up and placed in a mold; certain gaps exist between the bottoms of the two C-shaped steels and the bottom of the die. By means of the technical scheme, the problems that in the prior art, the binding operation time of a reinforcement cage is long, and formed reinforced concrete is large in dead weight and inconvenient to transfer are solved.
本发明涉及建筑建材技术领域,提出了一种高耐久建材的制备方法,包括以下步骤,设置两个C型钢并相对设置,向安装箱内注入隔音材料并密封,将安装箱两侧分别焊接在两个C型钢相对一侧的内壁上,将若干个横向钢筋分别穿过两个C型钢,使得横向钢筋两端穿过C型钢的部分相等,将若干个第一竖向钢筋分别穿过两个C型钢上的固定孔,并使得第一竖向钢筋底端与C型钢底部的内壁相接触,将若干个第二竖向钢筋穿过安装箱上的安装孔并固定,将内架整体抬起并放在模具内,使得两个C型钢底部与模具的底部存在一定间隙。通过上述技术方案,解决了现有技术中的钢筋笼绑扎操作时间久,且成型后的钢筋混凝土自重较大,不便于转移的问题。
