The floating objects on the water surface in the driving state are collected at the hole part, the floating objects in the water area are contained and removed in a throughput mode, and the technical problem that an operator holds a net bag by hand to stand beside a deck to fish out the floating objects in the water area through a barge is solved. Therefore, the efficiency of cleaning the floating objects in the water area is improved.
