The fiber reinforced recycled aggregate pervious concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 280 to 320 parts of cement, 90 to 110 parts of fly ash, 90 to 110 parts of mineral powder, 1100 to 1300 parts of aggregate, 18 to 22 parts of reinforcing agent, 3.5 to 5 parts of water reducing agent, 1.5 to 2.5 parts of fiber composition, 50 to 70 parts of hydrophobic modified inorganic filler and 105 to 115 parts of water, the aggregate comprises a primary aggregate and a recycled aggregate, and the weight part ratio of the primary aggregate to the recycled aggregate is (6-8): 3; the hydrophobic modified inorganic filler is prepared by carrying out surface treatment on an inorganic filler through a silane coupling agent and then loading fluorinated silicone rubber on the surface; the method has the advantage of improving the compressive strength of the pervious concrete.
