The recycled lightweight aggregate pervious concrete is prepared from, by weight, 800-1000 parts of modified recycled lightweight aggregate, 500-1000 parts of magnetic aggregate, 350-420 parts of cement, 0-50 parts of a mineral admixture, 0.5-1 part of modified plant fine powder, 100-120 parts of water, 0.8-1.2 parts of a polycarboxylic acid type efficient water reducing agent, 15-25 parts of composite fiber and 15-20 parts of graphene oxide powder, wherein the modified recycled lightweight aggregate is obtained by modifying crushed and graded red bricks, foam concrete, aerated concrete and other lightweight aggregates, the modified plant fine powder is obtained by modifying crushed rice straw, wheat straw, corn straw, sawdust and other plant fine powder, and the composite fiber is formed by mixing plant fibers and magnetostrictive fibers. The prepared recycled lightweight aggregate pervious concrete has good strength, percolation, wave absorption and long-term water stability, and can be used as a base layer material tobe applied to road engineering construction of sponge cities.
