The invention discloses ceramic slurry, an aluminum oxide ceramic substrate and a preparation method of the aluminum oxide ceramic substrate. The ceramic slurry comprises 47%-65% of alumina powder, 1.5%-4% of a fluxing agent, 3%-6% of polyvinyl butyral, 1.5%-3% of a plasticizer and 22%-40% of a solvent. The ceramic slurry is slurry taking aluminum oxide as a main material, and two kinds of polyvinyl butyral with different molecular weights, a fluxing agent, a solvent and a plasticizer are added through ingenious design, so that the slurry which is appropriate in organic and inorganic material compounding, good in uniformity, good in dispersity, good in stability, moderate in viscosity and fluidity and suitable for a tape casting process is prepared. The aluminum oxide ceramic substrate which is high in strength, high in density, low in shrinkage rate, low in porosity and capable of meeting a higher warping qualification rate can be prepared by utilizing the ceramic slurry, a simple tape casting preparation process and a lower sintering temperature, and the aluminum oxide ceramic substrate is particularly suitable for actual production.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷浆料、氧化铝陶瓷基板及其制备方法。本发明的陶瓷浆料包括氧化铝粉体47%~65%,助熔剂1.5%~4%,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛3%~6%,塑化剂1.5%~3%,溶剂22%~40%;该陶瓷浆料是以氧化铝为主的浆料,并通过巧妙设计加入2种不同分子量的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、助熔剂、溶剂和塑化剂,制得有机和无机材料复配合适、均匀度好、分散性好、稳定性好、粘度和流动性适中、适合流延成型工艺的浆料。本发明还利用该陶瓷浆料、简单的流延制备工艺和较低的烧结温度,即可制得高强度、高密度、低收缩率、低气孔率,且满足更高翘曲合格率的氧化铝陶瓷基板,特别适合用于实际生产。
