本发明涉及氧化铝陶瓷基板技术领域,本发明公开了一种透明氧化铝陶瓷基板的制备方法,包括以下步骤;步骤一、准备透明氧化铝陶瓷原料,将准备完成的原料倒入研磨装置内,启动研磨装置对原料进行多级研磨粉碎处理,得到原料粉末;步骤二、将得到的原料粉末混合均匀,经50‑60目筛过滤;本发明通过对透明氧化铝陶瓷原料进行研磨和筛选,得到了粒径均匀的粉体料浆,在料浆灌入到模具中时保持浆料缓慢搅拌,将预制浆料经由干燥排胶得到中间胚体,然后进行上下翻转对胚体进行固化,使其具有一定的凝结度,避免了浆料在固化的过程中比重高的物料发生沉淀,使最终制得的陶瓷基板的密度差异小,密度更加均匀,提高氧化铝陶瓷基板的生产质量。
