本发明涉及氧化铝陶瓷基板技术领域，本发明公开了一种透明氧化铝陶瓷基板的制备方法，包括以下步骤；步骤一、准备透明氧化铝陶瓷原料，将准备完成的原料倒入研磨装置内，启动研磨装置对原料进行多级研磨粉碎处理，得到原料粉末；步骤二、将得到的原料粉末混合均匀，经50‑60目筛过滤；本发明通过对透明氧化铝陶瓷原料进行研磨和筛选，得到了粒径均匀的粉体料浆，在料浆灌入到模具中时保持浆料缓慢搅拌，将预制浆料经由干燥排胶得到中间胚体，然后进行上下翻转对胚体进行固化，使其具有一定的凝结度，避免了浆料在固化的过程中比重高的物料发生沉淀，使最终制得的陶瓷基板的密度差异小，密度更加均匀，提高氧化铝陶瓷基板的生产质量。
