The invention discloses a ceramic material processing method, which comprises the following steps: dipping: dipping a ceramic body in a liquid polycarbosilane precursor, and filling the defects of the ceramic body with the liquid polycarbosilane precursor; and cross-linking and curing: heating and decomposing the liquid polycarbosilane precursor in the defect, and carrying out an oxidation cross-linking reaction. The obtained ceramic material has few internal defects, high thermal conductivity and low dielectric loss.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷材料加工方法,包括:浸渍:将陶瓷坯体浸渍于液态聚碳硅烷前体中,使液态聚碳硅烷前体填充所述陶瓷坯体的缺陷;交联固化:使液态聚碳硅烷前体在所述缺陷内部受热分解,发生氧化交联反应。本发明获得的陶瓷材料内部缺陷少、热导率高、介电损耗低。
