The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt concrete production equipment, in particular to an asphalt mixing plant. Comprising a cold aggregate feeding device used for storing, feeding and transporting cold aggregate; and the asphalt regeneration stirring device is arranged at one end of the cold aggregate feeding device and is used for drying the cold aggregate and performing regeneration stirring. According to the asphalt mixing plant provided by the invention, through the arrangement of the asphalt regeneration mixing device, the efficient reverse flow type drying roller is provided; a tidy and effective stirring area is arranged, old materials and asphalt are added in the stirring area but are completely isolated from flames of the drying roller, and through the arrangement of the asphalt regeneration stirring device, a hot material elevator is not needed, and a huge stirring tower is not needed, so that the stirring station is simple in structure, light in weight and convenient to install and maintain, and the working reliability of equipment is greatly improved; and the workload of installation and maintenance operation is reduced.
