MOBILE ASPHALT MIXING PLANT
The present invention relates to a mobile asphalt mixing plant which can effectively conduct a process of drying aggregate and a process of mixing aggregate and asphalt in a single trailer. The mobile asphalt mixing plant according to the present invention comprises: a car frame including multiple wheels rolled along the ground by a driving device; a dryer installed on the car frame to dry input aggregate by heating the aggregate while rotating the aggregate; an aggregate transfer conveyor installed on the car frame so that an end can be in contact with the entrance side of the dryer, and supplying the aggregate inside the car frame; a supply part installed on the car frame and accommodating an asphalt binder; a mixer installed on the car frame to mix the aggregate, which is supplied from the dryer, and the asphalt binder, which is supplied from the supply part; a dust collector for removing dust by filtering gas discharged from the dryer; and a dust supplier for supplying the dust, which has been filtered by the dust collector, to the mixer.
본 발명은 하나의 트레일러에서 골재의 건조 공정 및 골재와 아스팔트와의 혼합 공정을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 이동형 아스팔트 믹싱 플랜트에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 이동형 아스팔트 믹싱 플랜트는, 구동장치에 의해 지면을 따라 구름운동하는 복수개의 바퀴를 구비한 차대프레임과; 상기 차대프레임에 설치되어 투입된 골재를 회전시키면서 가열하여 건조하는 드라이어와; 일단이 상기 드라이어의 입구측과 연접하도록 상기 차대프레임에 설치되어 차대프레임 내측으로 골재를 공급하는 골재이송 컨베이어와; 상기 차대프레임에 설치되며 아스팔트 바인더가 수용되어 있는 아스팔트 공급부와; 상기 차대프레임에 설치되며 상기 드라이어로부터 공급되는 골재와 상기 아스팔트 공급부로부터 공급되는 아스팔트 바인더를 혼합하는 믹서와; 상기 드라이어에서 배출된 가스를 여과하여 분진을 제거하는 집진기 및; 상기 집진기에서 여과된 분진을 상기 믹서로 공급하는 분진공급기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
