The invention discloses a method for transforming a pavement base layer based on old cement concrete pavement rubblization. The method comprises the following steps: S1, collecting old cement concrete pavement data; s2, analyzing the axle load of the old cement concrete pavement; s3, investigating a roadbed, a pavement and weather climate; s4, drawing up a structure scheme of the old cement concrete pavement; s5, carrying out crushing treatment on the old cement concrete pavement; and S6, the crushed old cement concrete is subjected to overlay treatment. According to the method for reconstructing the pavement base layer based on the old cement concrete pavement rubblization, through the means, under the condition that the cement concrete pavement is more and more difficult to maintain nowadays, the cement concrete pavement rubblization reconstruction technology is applied, so that the effects of simple and convenient construction, short reconstruction period, low comprehensive cost, on-site regeneration, low cost and the like can be achieved; the method has the advantages of environmental protection, no pollution, small influence on traffic passage, no need of totally closing traffic during construction, and the like.
