Two ground plugs are arranged on the mounting plate; the ground plug is in sliding connection with the mounting plate, and the ground plug is clamped with the mounting plate; the storage roller is arranged at the upper end of the mounting plate; the winding mechanism is rotationally arranged in the storage roller; a storage groove is formed in the storage roller; one end of the protective net is embedded into the storage groove, and the protective net is in winding connection with the winding mechanism; a clamping mechanism for preventing the winding mechanism from rotating is arranged on the storage roller; a plurality of mounting frames and a plurality of limiting inserts are arranged; the plurality of mounting frames are connected in sequence; the plurality of limiting inserts are rotationally arranged among the plurality of mounting frames; the mounting rack is arranged at the lower end of the ground socket; and a pushing mechanism for driving the limiting plug to rotate is arranged on the mounting frame. The use length of the protective net can be freely adjusted, and the redundant part of the protective net can be stored.
