The invention relates to the technical field of foundation treatment, and provides an engineering pile construction method which comprises the steps that a pile hole is manufactured, specifically, a mechanical cutting and crushing device is adopted to downwards cut and crush a soil body at a preset pile position, and liquid is injected and stirred to a preset depth position to form the pile hole; a pipe sinking and material distribution step: inserting a material injection pipe with a temporarily closed material outlet into the pile hole to the bottom of the hole, and injecting granular building materials into the material injection pipe; and the material injection pipe is lifted, the discharging opening is opened, and the pile hole is filled with the granular building materials at the preset height position. By means of the construction method, the water content of the soil body can be effectively reduced, and the engineering pile with the uniform pile body strength is obtained. The invention further provides a composite pile construction method, before the engineering pile formed through the engineering pile construction method is not solidified, the core pile is arranged in the engineering pile to form the composite pile, the core pile is a concrete precast pile or a steel pile, and the mechanical property and strength of a foundation are remarkably improved through the composite pile.
本发明涉及地基处理技术领域,本发明提供一种工程桩施工方法,包括桩孔制作步骤:采用机械切割破碎装置于预定桩位向下切割破碎土体并伴随注入液体搅拌至预定深度位置形成桩孔;沉管布料步骤:向所述桩孔内插设出料口临时关闭的注料管至孔底,并向所述注料管内注入颗粒状建材;提升注料步骤:提升所述注料管打开所述出料口使颗粒状建材填充至所述桩孔内预定高度位置,通过该施工方法能够有效降低土体的含水量且获得桩身强度均匀的工程桩。本发明还提供一种复合桩施工方法,在通过如上工程桩施工方法形成的工程桩未凝固前,在所述工程桩内设置芯桩形成复合桩,所述芯桩为砼预制桩或钢桩,该复合桩显著提高地基的力学性能和强度。
