Green energy-saving engineering pile construction method and composite pile construction method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of soft soil foundation treatment, and particularly relates to a green energy-saving engineering pile construction method which comprises the following steps: a liquid storage hole forming step: digging a soil body at the top of a preset position to a preset depth to form a liquid storage hole; a soil body crushing step: drilling downwards from the bottom of the liquid storage hole to crush the soil body, and injecting liquid to a first depth position to form a liquid fluid channel; a dry material replacement step: injecting a dry or semi-dry curing material from the bottom of the liquid-state fluid channel and lifting the dry or semi-dry curing material to a second depth position; the slurry replaced from the liquid-state fluid channel is sucked into the liquid storage hole, the water content of the pile body can be remarkably reduced, the strength and the consolidation efficiency of the engineering pile are improved, and ground environment pollution is avoided. The invention further provides a composite pile construction method which comprises the green energy-saving engineering pile construction method and the step that before the engineering pile is not solidified, a core pile is arranged in the engineering pile, the core pile is a precast pile or a cast-in-place pile or a steel pile or a cement mixing pile, and the bearing capacity of a foundation is improved.
