The invention relates to the technical field of building anti-floating, in particular to a foundation slab, an anti-floating anchor rod and a construction method, and solves the problems that during grouting, due to the fact that the flow speed of cement slurry is low, the efficiency is low, the foundation slab comprises a base plate body, a through hole formed in the middle of the base plate body, and a guide pipe arranged in the through hole; the top end of the guide pipe exceeds the top face of the base plate body, the bottom end of the guide pipe exceeds the bottom face of the base plate body, three stand columns are installed on the top face of the base plate body and annularly arrayed on the periphery of the guide pipe, a bearing is installed on each stand column, and a polyurethane base is fixed to the outer ring of each bearing. When the three hard rubber rings extrude the outer wall face of the grouting pipe in three directions with the same angle, it can be guaranteed that the grouting pipe is kept perpendicular when being put into a construction hole with the large diameter size, and meanwhile it is guaranteed that the anti-floating anchor rod which is filled in the grouting pipe and put into the construction hole along with the grouting pipe is perpendicular.
