Underwater tunnel with reverse pile pier and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an underwater tunnel with a reversed pile pier and a construction method thereof, and is characterized in that the underwater tunnel comprises the pier, a tunnel pipe joint and a reversed pile, and the pier comprises a pile interface; the construction method comprises the following main construction steps: 1) completing prefabrication of piers, pipe joints and piles; (2) the piers are transported in place in a floating mode and temporarily positioned; (3) pile construction is completed in the pile connector; (4) the piles and the bridge piers are connected in the water-free pile connectors; (5) the tunnel pipe joints are conveyed in place in a floating mode and placed on the two adjacent bridge piers; the construction method has the main advantages that the cofferdam-free open excavation construction can be realized in shallow water, and the suspension tunnel can be implemented in deep water. The construction method comprises the following steps of: (1) connecting one end of a tunnel pipe joint with one end of an installed adjacent tunnel pipe joint, and then connecting the pipe joint with a bridge pier, and (2) repeating the steps until all constructions.The construction method has the main advantages that the cofferdam-free open excavation construction can be realized in shallow water, and the suspension tunnel can be implemented in deep water.
本发明公开了一种有逆作桩桥墩的水中隧道及其施工法,其特征是所述的水中隧道包括桥墩、隧道管节和逆作的桩,桥墩包括桩接口;其主要施工步骤如下:1)完成墩、管节和桩的预制;2)将桥墩浮运到位,并临时定位;3)在桩接口内完成桩的施工;4)在无水的桩接口内完成桩与桥墩的连接;5)将隧道管节浮运到位,并将其搁在相邻的两桥墩上;6)先将隧道管节的一端与已安装的相邻隧道管节的一端进行连接,再将管节与桥墩进行连接;7)重复上述步骤,直至完成全部施工。本发明的主要优势:在浅水可实现无围堰明挖施工,在深水可实现悬浮隧道的实施。
