The embodiment of the invention belongs to the technical field of air water production, and particularly relates to an adsorption heat exchanger, an adsorption heat exchange device and a manufacturing method of the adsorption heat exchanger. The adsorption heat exchanger comprises a heat exchange layer, a waterproof breathable layer and an adsorbent material; the waterproof breathable layer is opposite to the heat exchange layer, and at least one filling area is formed between the waterproof breathable layer and the heat exchange layer; each filling area is filled with the adsorbent material, the adsorbent material is used for adsorbing moisture in air passing through the waterproof breathable layer, and the heat exchange layer can exchange heat with the adsorbent material after being cooled, so that the adsorbent material is cooled, heat generated during moisture adsorption is removed, the adsorbent material is heated, and the absorbed moisture is resolved into water vapor to be discharged. Compared with the prior art, when salt substances are generated in the process of analyzing the absorbed water due to the fact that the adsorbent material is made of a salt-based composite material, only the heat exchange layer is made of a corrosion-resistant material, and the corrosion problem of other parts of the device for extracting water from air is effectively prevented.
