The invention relates to a connecting structure and a building connecting system.The connecting structure is used for connecting a first structural part and a second structural part, the first structural part is provided with a mounting hole extending in the first direction, and the connecting structure comprises a connecting rod with a first section and a second section which are oppositely arranged in the first direction; the elastic sleeve is arranged outside the first section in a sleeving mode, the second section is connected with the second structural part in a matched mode, and the elastic sleeve is inserted into the mounting hole; the elastic sleeve is provided with a bottom, a middle and a top which are mutually connected in the first direction, the outer diameter of at least the bottom of the bottom and the top is smaller than that of the middle, and the middle is connected with the inner wall of the mounting hole in a matched mode.
