The prefabricated flat slab column structure comprises a fully-prefabricated floor slab and a prefabricated column supported on the lower surface of the fully-prefabricated floor slab. The prefabricated columns are reinforced concrete columns, column top brackets are arranged at the tops of the prefabricated columns, and column longitudinal bars extend out of the top faces of the prefabricated columns. The fully-prefabricated floor slab is a rectangular reinforced concrete floor slab, and the middle of the fully-prefabricated floor slab is provided with an embedded metal corrugated pipe vertically penetrating in the thickness direction. U-shaped horizontal reinforcing bars extend out of the peripheral side faces of the fully-prefabricated floor slab, and embedded steel plates are arranged on the bottom faces of the peripheral edges of the fully-prefabricated floor slab; the prefabricated columns and the fully prefabricated floor slabs are connected in an inserted and anchored mode through column longitudinal bars and embedded metal corrugated pipes.
