The invention provides a construction method of an integrally-assembled floor support plate truss with a detachable bottom die, which combines the technical characteristics of an assembled floor support plate with the detachable bottom die. The detachable bottom formwork floor support plate construction technology comprises the steps of steel bar truss floor support plate machining and assembling, product installing, side formwork installing and fixing, additional rib and pipeline installing, concrete pouring and formwork dismantling. Compared with a traditional construction concrete floor slab, the novel building product is composed of the steel bar trusses and the floor bearing plates, steel bars in the floor slab are machined into the steel bar trusses in a factory in a centralized mode, the steel bar trusses and the bottom die are connected into a whole to form the combined formwork, and due to production standardization, the field steel bar binding work amount is reduced, and the construction progress is accelerated; and most of support erection and template installation work and cost can be saved.
