Integrally modular steel bar truss floor plate and construction method thereof
An integrally modular steel bar truss floor plate comprises upper tie bars, upper chord bars, web bars, lower chord bars, lower tie bars, connecting fastening pieces and steel support plates; the upper tie bars are perpendicularly connected to the upper chord bars; the lower chord bars are parallel to the upper chord bars, and the lower chord bars and the upper chord bars are connected through the web bars; the web bars and the lower chord bars form triangles; the lower tie bars are perpendicularly connected to the lower chord bars; the steel support plates are arranged at the lower ends of the lower chord bars through the connecting fastening pieces. A construction method of the integrally modular steel bar truss floor plate comprises the following steps: firstly, performing setting-out, setting supports, aligning to a datum line after the setting-out operation is completed, mounting a first floor plate, and sequentially mounting other floor plates, wherein every two floor plates are connected in a fastening manner; after the floor plates are mounted at right positions, fixing steel bars with a shear wall or a beams side mold, and finally pouring concrete. According to the method, the number of the supports during construction is reduced, and time, materials and manpower are saved; after concrete setting, a steel bar truss and concrete bear imposed load together, so that the construction quality is improved; the manual strapping amount on a construction site is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
