The invention provides a construction method of a spiral stair, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The construction method of the spiral staircase comprises the steps that according to a construction site, modeling is conducted on the spiral staircase through 3D modeling software, and the size and the set position of embedded profile steel are obtained; a construction drawing is obtained, pre-buried point positions are marked on the well wall according to the construction drawing, connecting bolts are pre-buried in the pre-buried point positions, and a connecting plate is arranged on each bolt; the mounting position of the latticed column is determined, and the latticed column is mounted; one part of the overhanging profile steel is placed in the latticed column, and the other part of the overhanging profile steel is placed on the connecting plate so as to be connected with the well wall; battens are placed on the cantilever profile steel, and mounting plates are erected on the edges of the battens to form a groove-shaped formwork of a fan-shaped structure; concrete is poured into the groove-shaped formwork; and after the concrete is cured and formed, the cantilever profile steel and the latticed columns are detached, and construction is completed. According to the construction method of the spiral stair, the formwork can be rapidly installed, and the construction efficiency is improved.
