The invention relates to the technical field of hydrochloric acid processing, in particular to a process for producing ultra-clean high-purity hydrochloric acid, which comprises the following steps: a raw material treatment stage: carrying out high-temperature combustion on a raw material containing a chlorine element to generate chlorine gas, in the chlorine gas purification stage, a cooler is used for cooling the chlorine gas to 10-50 DEG C, then impurities in the chlorine gas are adsorbed and removed through an adsorber, and the use amount of the adsorber is 0.1-1.0 wt%; in the chlorine gas absorption stage, chlorine gas and water react through an absorption tower, hydrochloric acid is generated, and the working pressure of the absorption tower is 0.1-1.0 MPa; in the hydrochloric acid purification stage, tiny impurities in hydrochloric acid are removed through a nano filter membrane, and the pore diameter of the nano filter membrane is 0.1-0.5 micron; and a hydrochloric acid concentration stage. According to the method, the purity and the production efficiency of hydrochloric acid can be effectively improved through the technological process and design, the production cost is reduced, and meanwhile good environmental friendliness and sustainability are achieved.
