Method for enhancing recycled concrete aggregate
The invention provides a method for enhancing recycled concrete aggregate. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pre-treating waste concrete, and soaking in a hydrochloric acid solution to obtain pre-treated aggregate; (2) grinding fly ash, diatomite, basalt, a titanate coupling agent KR-9S and water to obtain composite slurry; adding ethyl orthosilicate into an ethanol solution to obtain a solution A, adding the ethanol solution into an ammonia water solution to obtain a solution B, dropwise adding the solution B into the solution A, stirring, adding polydimethylsiloxane, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution; dispersing the composite slurry in a mixed solution, drying and grinding to obtain modified powder; and (3) adding the modified powder into a water glass solution, then adding the pretreated aggregate and polyvinyl alcohol for treatment, finally adding an acrylate emulsion for treatment, and airing and crushing at room temperature to obtain the recycled concrete aggregate. The prepared concrete aggregate is small in gap, high in density, good in compressive strength and tensile strength and good in using effect.
本发明提供一种增强再生混凝土骨料的方法,包括以下步骤:(一):取废弃混凝土进行前处理后加入盐酸溶液浸泡得到预处理骨料;(二):取粉煤灰、硅藻土、玄武岩、钛酸酯偶联剂KR‑9S和水,研磨得到复合料浆;取正硅酸乙酯加入乙醇溶液得A溶液,将乙醇溶液加入氨水溶液得B溶液,将B溶液逐滴加入A溶液搅拌,再加入聚二甲基硅氧烷搅拌得到混合溶液;将复合料浆置于混合溶液中分散、干燥、研磨得到改性粉料;(三):将改性粉料加到水玻璃溶液中,再加入预处理骨料、聚乙烯醇处理,最后加丙烯酸酯乳液进行处理,置于室温下晾干、粉碎,即得到再生混凝土骨料。本发明制备得到的混凝土骨料空隙小、密度高,具有良好的抗压强度和抗拉强度,使用效果好。
