Preparation process of compression-resistant lightweight aggregate concrete
The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete preparation, and particularly relates to a pressure-resistant lightweight aggregate concrete preparation process which comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring and mixing 100 parts of cement, 110 parts of deionized water, 10 parts of fly ash, 15 parts of fine sand and 10 parts of vulcanized self-made rubber to obtain pressure-resistant lightweight aggregate concrete; wherein the vulcanized self-made rubber is prepared by adopting vulcanization equipment. By arranging the cooling molding assembly and the temperature adjusting assembly, when the vulcanizing equipment is used for vulcanizing a new material, adjustment is carried out according to the suitable vulcanizing temperature of the new material, an electric heating pipe is powered on, and heat is transferred into the new material in the lower mold through a heating layer, so that the new material is at the optimal vulcanizing temperature; the vulcanization degree and the vulcanization effect are improved, after vulcanization is completed, new materials in the lower mold are rapidly cooled and molded through the cooling and molding assembly, rapid discharging can be achieved, and the discharging speed of the vulcanization equipment is further improved.
本发明属于混凝土制备技术领域,尤其是一种抗压轻骨料混凝土制备工艺,包括以下步骤:将100份水泥、110份去离子水、10份粉煤灰、15份细砂以及10份硫化自制橡胶搅拌混匀均匀,得到抗压轻骨料混凝土;其中硫化自制橡胶制备采用硫化设备制得。本发明通过设置有冷却塑型组件和温度调节组件,通过该硫化设备进行新材料的硫化时,根据新材料的硫化适用温度进行调节,电加热管通电,通过加热层将热量传递至下模具内部的新材料中,从而使得该新材料处于最佳硫化温度,提高硫化程度和硫化效果,硫化完成后,通过冷却塑型组件对下模具内部的新材料进行快速冷却塑型,使其可以快速下料,进一步提高该硫化设备的下料速度。
