Lightweight aggregate concrete and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete manufacturing, and particularly discloses lightweight aggregate concrete and a preparation process thereof. The lightweight aggregate concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 140-190 parts of cement, 320-360 parts of lightweight fine aggregate, 180-250 parts of lightweight coarse aggregate, 2-3 parts of a water reducing agent, and 5-10 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, wherein the light coarse aggregate is formed by uniformly mixing and drying diatomite and liquid polyethylene glycol terephthalate; and the weight ratio of the diatomite to the polyethylene glycol terephthalate is (2-5): 1. The preparation process comprises the steps of preparing the lightweight coarse aggregate, specifically, melting polyethylene glycol terephthalate into a liquid state, adding diatomite, uniformly stirring and mixing, crushing and sieving after standing and hardening, and taking an undersize product to prepare the lightweight coarse aggregate; and preparing the lightweight aggregate concrete, specifically, weighing the raw materials according to the ratio, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain the lightweight aggregate concrete. The method has the advantage of improving the compressive strength of the lightweight aggregate concrete.
