High-strength and high-impermeability sea sand concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses high-strength and high-impermeability sea sand concrete, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 200 to 300 parts of cement, 300 to 400 parts of basalt aggregate with the particle size of 10 to 30 mm, 200 to 300 parts of desalted sea sand with the particle size of 0.075 to 5 mm, 50 to 80 parts of superfine fly ash, 60 to 90 parts of superfine manganese slag powder, 30 to 50 parts of LDHs mixed liquid and 120 to 140 parts of water. Wherein the LDHs mixed solution comprises ferric nitrate, magnesium nitrate, a silane coupling agent, sodium carbonate and water. The high-strength and high-permeability-resistance sea sand concrete provided by the invention has excellent resistance to corrosion of chloride ions and the like and good fracture resistance and compressive strength, and can effectively resist damage of a marine corrosion environment to a building structure; the method can be widely applied to maritime work environments.
