Grouting material containing high-silica ore sand and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of solid waste recycling and grouting materials, in particular to a grouting material containing high-silica ore sand and a preparation method of the grouting material. The grouting material is prepared from the following raw materials: a cementing material, aggregate, a water reducing agent and water, the grouting material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 500 to 800 parts of cementing material, 300 to 800 parts of aggregate and 0.5 to 5 parts of water reducing agent, and the water-material ratio of the grouting material is 0.15 to 2; the cementing material is cement, and the aggregate is high-silicon ore sand or a mixture of the high-silicon ore sand and quartz sand. The prepared grouting material is good in truncated cone fluidity and has excellent breaking strength and compressive strength.
本发明涉及固废再利用及注浆料技术领域,具体涉及一种含高硅矿砂的注浆料及其制备方法。该注浆料的原料组成包括胶凝材料、集料、减水剂和水;按重量份计,胶凝材料的用量为500~800份,集料的用量为300~800份,减水剂的用量为0.5~5份,注浆料的水料比为0.15~2;所述胶凝材料为水泥,所述集料为高硅矿砂或高硅矿砂与石英砂混合物。本发明制备的注浆料截锥流动性好,具有优异的抗折强度和抗压强度。
