Synthesis method of magnesium-rich titanium-containing spinel refractory material
The invention discloses a synthesis method of a magnesium-rich titanium-containing spinel refractory material, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 70-85% by weight of light calcined magnesia powder and 30-15% by weight of ferrotitanium slag, carrying out compression molding, drying, and sintering in an air atmosphere to obtain the magnesium-rich titanium-containing spinel refractory material. According to the method, the light calcined magnesia and the ferrotitanium slag are used as raw materials, the MAT material is prepared through sintering in the air atmosphere, and the method has the advantages of being low in synthesis temperature and simple in process and is beneficial to industrial production and application.
本发明公开了一种富镁含钛尖晶石耐火材料的合成方法,本方法的所述富镁含钛尖晶石耐火材料按重量百分含量将70~85%的轻烧氧化镁粉和30~15%钛铁渣混合均匀后,经压制成型、干燥后,采用空气气氛进行烧结而成。本方法以轻烧氧化镁和钛铁渣为原料,在空气气氛下烧结制备MAT材料,具有合成温度低、工艺简单的特点,利于工业生产和应用。
