The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt regeneration, and particularly discloses asphalt regenerant production equipment which comprises a support, a roller driven by a motor is rotatably connected to the interior of the support through a rotating shaft, a heating plate is arranged on the inner wall of the roller, a stirring plate is fixedly connected to the annular inner surface of the roller, and a guide pipe is fixedly connected to the roller; by arranging a cutting assembly, when a roller starts to rotate, a cutting plate is driven by a stirring plate to move in the direction of a guide pipe, waste asphalt blocks in the roller are cut and crushed into small fragments to be conveniently mixed with an active agent, and when the cutting plate moves, a driving rod is forced to rotate through a third guide block; the cutting plate moves towards the cutting plate, the cutting plate and the cutting plate move in opposite directions, waste asphalt blocks are prevented from being further crushed through clamping, mercury in a reserved groove is forced to expand to open an opening and closing plate after a roller is heated to a certain temperature through an adding assembly, and an active agent in a guide pipe flows out to be mixed with waste asphalt.
