The invention discloses a method for improving the percent of pass of a box culvert formwork through a formwork jacking roller, and particularly relates to the field of box culverts. Finally, it is confirmed that three essential factors causing'inaccurate installation position 'and'perpendicularity deviation' are installation errors of the top formwork rollers, incorrect positions of split bolts or too tight correction and few times of adjusting the formwork through a line pendant, and the following construction scheme is made according to the installation errors of the top formwork rollers, and position adjustment is conducted on the top formwork rollers which are seriously deviated; according to the invention, by adjusting the installed top die roller and additionally installing the T-shaped top die roller, the sectional area is increased; the split bolt penetrates through the main keel to be centered, the split bolt is centered vertically, and vertical stress is uniform; the number of times of adjusting the template by using the line pendant is increased, so that the one-time acceptance percent of pass of the box culvert is effectively improved, the percent of pass can be ensured to be more than 95%, manpower and material resources for reworking due to substandard percent of pass are reduced, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种顶模棍提高箱涵模板合格率的方法,具体涉及箱涵领域,通过现场验证、调查分析,最终确认了造成“安装位置不准确”、“垂直度偏差”的3个要因分别为:顶模棍安装出错、对拉螺栓位置不正确或校正过紧以及使用线坠对模板的调整次数少,针对顶模棍安装出错做出以下施工方案,将偏位严重的顶模棍进行位置调整;本发明通过对已安装的顶模棍进行调整,加装T型顶模棍增加截面积;对拉螺栓穿主龙骨居中,对拉螺栓上下居中,上下受力均匀;增加使用线坠对模板的调整次数,使箱涵一次验收合格率得到有效的提升,使合格率能够保证在95%以上,降低因合格率不达标返工的人力、物力,降低了施工成本。
