High-strength secant pile construction method
The invention relates to the technical field of secant piles, and discloses a high-strength secant pile construction method, which comprises the following steps of: 1) constructing a plurality of cast-in-place piles on a construction site by adopting a rotary drilling rig, forming meat piles by the cast-in-place piles, and forming plain pile intervals between adjacent cast-in-place piles; (2) the drilling machine platform is moved to a plain pile interval; (3) a power head drives a stirring drill rod to rotate, the stirring drill rod downwards drills into the soil body along the plain pile interval, and solidified slurry and high-pressure air are sprayed into the soil body; (4) the soil body and the solidified slurry are mixed and solidified to form a stirring pile, the stirring pile forms a plain pile, and the stirring pile is engaged with the adjacent cast-in-place pile to form an engaged pile; soil bodies in gaps of plain piles are stirred and solidified slurry is sprayed through a stirring drill rod and a stirring drill bit of the rotary drilling rig, so that the soil bodies and the solidified slurry are fully mixed and solidified to form stirring piles, and the stirring drill bit can spray high-pressure air while spraying the solidified slurry, so that the mixing effect of the soil bodies and the solidified slurry is improved.
