The invention discloses a construction method of an embedded steel bar welding embedded part. The construction method comprises the following steps that a groove is constructed in the surface of a base body; constructing a base body positioning hole in the groove; anchor rods are fixed in the base body positioning holes; the groove is filled with foam, and the anchor rod penetrates through the foam; an anchoring plate is arranged on the foam body, and the anchor rod penetrates through a plate body positioning hole of the anchoring plate; injecting cooling water into the foam body; the anchor rod is welded to the anchoring plate; cutting off the part of the anchor rod extending out of the anchor plate; taking out the foam body in the groove; cooling water in the groove is removed; and pouring bodies are filled in the grooves. The embedded part has the beneficial effects that the groove is filled with the foam containing the saturated ice water, so that high temperature generated in the anchor rod during welding is absorbed by the ice water and is not transferred into the structural adhesive, and the adverse effect of high temperature in welding of a conventional rear embedded part is avoided; the grooves are filled with grouting materials or fine aggregate concrete, a complete anchoring structure body is formed, and the functional requirement that a fixed interface is a plane is met.
