Prefabricated thermal insulation floor slab and production method thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated heat preservation floor slab which comprises a net rack, a truss and a heat preservation plate body. The net rack is located in the heat preservation plate body or penetrates through the side wall of the heat preservation plate body. The feet of the truss are located in the heat preservation plate body, and the head of the truss is exposed on the heat preservation plate body. The heat insulation board body comprises heat insulation board body units, the number of the heat insulation board body units is larger than or equal to one, the different heat insulation board body units are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, each heat insulation board body unit is of a heterogeneous structure composed of concrete slurry and foaming particles, and the number of the foaming particles on the upper portion of each heat insulation board body unit is larger than that of the foaming particles on the lower portion of each heat insulation board body unit. Foaming particles are attached to the upper surfaces of the insulation board units. The prefabricated heat preservation floor slab has the advantages that the heat preservation material and the concrete are not prone to layering, the heat preservation effect cannot be damaged due to secondary decoration, and the galling procedure is omitted.
