The invention relates to a high-altitude large-span overhanging inclined eave construction device which comprises a plurality of embracing column triangular support components and a plurality of overhanging support components, and the embracing column triangular support components and the overhanging support components are arranged on the two end faces of a roof floor correspondingly. The plurality of embracing column triangular support components and the plurality of overhanging support components are sequentially arranged at intervals in the width direction of the roof floor slab; the embracing column triangular support component overcomes the defect that the structure is damaged due to the fact that a frame body node is embedded in the structure and stressed, meanwhile, the occupied space of a building is small, the large span is provided, the operation space is saved, the construction period is shortened for later construction of a secondary structure, the overall structure is simple, and a reliable and safe operation platform is provided for construction of a large-span cantilever structure. According to the overhanging supporting component, most loads of an eave structure are evenly dispersed on an anchoring section of an overhanging frame in a building by arranging the supporting inclined rods, the loads on the anchoring section balance the loads of the overhanging section, the stress of the whole structure is more reasonable, and the risk that the frame body overturns is reduced.
