The invention discloses a composite admixture, a preparation method and application thereof and tunnel shotcrete. The composite admixture comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-8 parts of silica fume; 0.1 to 1 part of nano silicon dioxide; 2 to 5 parts of nano aluminum oxide; 0.1 to 2 parts of nano zirconium oxide; 5 to 15 parts of glass powder; 0.5 to 3 parts of silicate powder; and 1 to 3 parts of amino carboxylate. Through coordination and cooperation of various components in a specific proportion, the composite admixture can well give consideration to the working performance of a concrete mixture and the requirement for calcium ion corrosion resistance, the springback rate of sprayed concrete is reduced, meanwhile, different stages of cement hydration in the sprayed concrete are participated and promoted, and the performance of the sprayed concrete is improved. Free calcium ions in cement hydration products can be better cured, and the calcium ion crystallization separation performance in sprayed concrete under the water-rich stratum condition is reduced.
