Pressure grouting material and application thereof
The invention provides a pressure grouting material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and the grouting material comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 97.0-98.5 parts of a composite mineral material, 0.2-0.3 part of a powder water reducing agent, 0.2-0.4 part of a plastic expanding agent, 0.1-0.3 part of a defoaming agent and 1.0-2.0 parts of an early strength agent. The composite mineral material comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 25-30 parts of semicoke slag, 40-45 parts of blast furnace slag, 8-10 parts of desulfurized gypsum and 20-25 parts of Portland cement clinker, and the total parts by weight of all the components is 100. The pressure grouting material has excellent flow characteristics, good gelling characteristics and sulfate absorption characteristics, and can absorb free sulfate ions in the environment before and after hardening and participate in self hydration reaction, so that the content of sulfate in the environment is effectively reduced, and the damage of sulfate to an original base layer is reduced. The pressure grouting material is suitable for grouting repair of highway base cracks and other grouting projects, and is especially suitable for repair of soluble salt enriched base cracks in salinized soil areas.
