Sizing material mixing and kneading method for prebaked anode
The invention belongs to the technical field of prebaked anode production, and particularly relates to a prebaked anode sizing material which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 100wt% of dry material (calcined coke), 4wt% of reclaimed material (raw crushed material, anode scrap, 0-10mm) and 14-16wt% of modified asphalt, the dry material is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 15 to 25 percent of large particles with the particle size of 6 to 10 mm, 17 to 27 percent of medium particles with the particle size of 2 to 6 mm, 15 to 25 percent of fine particles with the particle size of 0.15 to 2 mm and 35 to 40 percent of powder with the particle size of less than 0.15 mm; according to the present invention, with the rubber material mixing kneading method, the asphalt can permeate the petroleum coke particles while the partial powder material is introduced, such that the porosity of the carbon anode is reduced so as to improve the related physical properties of the carbon anode; compared with a traditional mixing and kneading method, the sizing material mixing and kneading method can improve the volume density, the true density, the compressive strength, the resistivity, the thermal expansion rate, the thermal conductivity and other properties of the prebaked anode.
本发明属于预焙阳极生产技术领域,尤其为一种预焙阳极胶料,按重量百分比,其组分如下:干料(煅后焦)100wt%、再生料(生碎料、残极,0‑10mm)4wt%和改性改质沥青14‑16wt%;干料的配料比为:6‑10mm大颗粒15‑25wt%,2‑6mm中粒17‑27wt%,0.15‑2mm细粒15‑25wt%,0.15mm以下粉料35‑40wt%;本发明通过此胶料混捏法,使沥青在渗透石油焦颗粒的同时将部分粉料带入,减少了炭阳极的孔隙度,从而改善炭阳极的相关物理性能。与传统的混捏方式相比,采用胶料混捏法能提高预焙阳极体积密度、真密度、抗压强度、电阻率、热膨胀率以及导热率等性能。
