Two-stage high-temperature powerful mixing and kneading process for prebaked anode
The invention discloses a prebaked anode two-section type high-temperature powerful mixing and kneading process which is characterized by comprising the following steps: S1, calcining petroleum coke by using a calcining furnace to form calcined coke, processing and producing the calcined coke into four different size fractions by using an intermediate crushing system, and finally batching by using a batching scale to form aggregate; s2, conveying the aggregate in the step S1 into a four-axis preheating screw through a collection screw, a bucket elevator and a transition screw, and preheating the aggregate to 180-190 DEG C; and S3, guiding the hot aggregate in the S2 and liquid asphalt at 180-190 DEG C into a high-temperature powerful kneading machine, and performing kneading work in the kneading machine through friction heating. By adopting the mixing and kneading process, the adaptability to the raw materials is expanded, the application of the modified asphalt with higher quality is facilitated, the modified asphalt is better adapted to the existing raw material condition in China, and the mixing amount of the asphalt is reduced to 14% or below; the mixing and kneading temperature is increased, the mixing and kneading time is adjustable, the mixing and kneading effect is improved, the waste paste amount is reduced, the cost is reduced, the efficiency is increased, and the production efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种预焙阳极两段式高温强力混捏工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:S1、利用煅烧炉将石油焦进行煅烧后形成煅后焦,再由中碎系统加工生产成四种不同粒级,最后通过配料秤配料组合成骨料;S2、将S1中的骨料经过集合螺旋、斗式提升机及过渡螺旋输送到四轴预热螺旋中,将其预加热到180‑190℃;S3、将S2中的热骨料与180‑190℃液体沥青导入到高温强力混捏机中,在混捏机中通过摩擦发热进行混捏工作。本发明通过采用此混捏工艺,拓展了对原料的适应性,有助于应用更优质的改质沥青,更好地适应了我国现有的原料状况,并将沥青配入量降到14%以下;提高了混捏温度,混捏时间可调,并提升混捏效果,减少废糊量,实现了降本增效,提高了生产效率。
