By arranging the bridge deck slab capable of being overturned, when the horizontal drawing cable bridge encounters strong wind, the bridge deck slab can be overturned under the action of airflow to form a channel allowing the airflow to vertically penetrate through, so that the airflow above and below the bridge deck can be communicated, the streaming form around the bridge is effectively changed, and the pressure difference between the upper surface and the lower surface of the bridge is reduced; the pneumatic stability of the bridge can be improved.
