The invention discloses a pier placing device for pushing a steel truss girder bridge and a using method of the pier placing device, and relates to the technical field of bridge body installation. Comprising a working platform, two sets of pier placing systems are installed on the working platform, a walking machine is installed between the two sets of pier placing systems, and a first distribution beam is installed on the top of the walking machine; the pier system comprises a bottom beam, a pier body and a second distribution beam from bottom to top, and the top of the first distribution beam and the top of the second distribution beam are suitable for supporting a beam body. The pier body comprises a spherical crown body and a jacking column, the spherical crown body is located at the bottom of the second distribution beam, a notch is formed in the top of the jacking column, and the notch is matched with the bottom of the spherical crown body; an elastic piece is further installed between the outer side of the spherical crown body and the jacking column. The technical problems that the height is uncomfortable and difficult to adjust due to manual increase and decrease of cushion blocks, the combination of the beam bottom and the top of the block pier is not tight due to lack of a spherical crown, the stress concentration phenomenon easily occurs, and the beam body is damaged are solved.
本发明公开了一种顶推钢桁梁桥的搁墩装置及其使用方法,涉及桥梁梁体安装技术领域。包括作业平台,所述作业平台上安装有两组搁墩体系,两组搁墩体系之间安装有步履机,所述步履机的顶部安装有分配梁一;所述搁墩体系包括自下而上的底梁、搁墩本体和分配梁二,所述分配梁一和分配梁二的顶部适于支撑梁体;所述搁墩本体包括球冠体和顶升柱,所述球冠体位于分配梁二的底部,所述顶升柱的顶部设置有凹口,所述凹口与球冠体的底部相适配;所述球冠体的外侧与顶升柱之间还安装有弹性件。本发明解决了人工增减垫块,导致调节高度不适难以调整,且缺少球冠使得梁底与搁墩顶部结合不紧密,容易发生应力集中现象,使梁体受损的技术问题。
