The crank arm vehicle lifts the transverse frame to a to-be-cleaned area of the side slope, first hydraulic cylinders on the two sides are controlled to stretch out and draw back, rotation of the transverse frame is controlled, the position of the transverse frame can be conveniently adjusted according to the shape of the side slope, the transverse frame and the side slope are kept horizontally close, and a worker cleans the side slope through an operation opening. Therefore, the worker does not need to use a rope to move along the side slope for cleaning, the safety degree of the worker is improved, and the working efficiency of the worker is improved.
